About Global Competence Associates

Global Competence Associates is dedicated to all facets of preparing the global workforce of tomorrow, from assessment to training and development, as well as certification. Our work is based entirely on worldwide consensus research that defined "global competence," and determined the necessary cultural knowledge, attitudes, and interpersonal skills, which are presented in the Global Competence Model™. The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® can be used in conjunction with training and coaching as a diagnostic tool to target the most appropriate development pathways.

Global Competence Associates has been providing services to corporations, nonprofits, academia, and the government since 2005. We are also the providers of Diversity Perspectives™ DEI developmental programs and authors of the Global Competence Aptitude Assessment(GCAA)®.
