Chimpa MDM is a cloud based solution that allow you to manage, monitor, keep safe from data theft and safety breaches iOS and Android-based smartphone, tablets and interactive flat panels within your school. Chimpa MDM allow the manager, the teacher and the parents to set the limits to the use of the mobile devices.
With Chimpa MDM you can:
- Consistently deploy and manage settings, policies, Apps, contents and updates, along with the certainty that every single device will be configured accordingly to its specific purpose
- Use a wide array of tools for a granular management of the restrictions applied to the devices used among your school, preventing any undue use
- monitor and track the hardware efficiency of the devices, sending you alerts if any issue is detected and allowing a prompt remote feedback, even in case of loss or theft
- Use a BYOD-based approach, allowing the IT manager to manage separately personal and school data, in full compliance with the European GDPR rules
Chimpa MDM is a solution designed for education environment and is integrated with Apple Classroom, Gsuite, Apple School Manager. The educational apps are a Chimpa exclusive: they allow the teachers to have a real-time control over the students devices, eg. fixing any app on the foreground, applying whitelists of allowed sites or completely blocking the devices of the whole class, of groups or of a single student. Moreover, teachers could create a custom repository of Apps, eBooks and contents.
